Chair - It's purpose
is to prepare athletes for sporting activity and help them recover from
the exertion of sporting activity. There are various methods of sports
massage.
Pre-Event - Quick, short massage (3 to 5 minutes)
incorporates heavy percussion and stretching to loosen muscles prior
to activity. Chair Massage.
Post Event - Light Percussion and Swedish Massage
(60 minutes)
Detox & Toning - Swedish and/or Deep Tissue
massage given to detoxify, tone and condition muscles during training
for a sporting event. (60 to 90 minutes)
